TEDx BIRMINGHAM (postponed from 30 October 2009. New date tbc)

TED is an annual event where some of the world's greatest thinkers and doers are invite to share what they are most passionate about and showcase ideas that matter across any discpline. "TED" stands for Technology, Entertainment, Design - three broad subject areas that are, collectively, shaping our future. 

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group.

For the first time, TEDx is coming to Birmingham at Fazeley Studios!
